Girls Volleyball
Girls Volleyball Pictures
For anyone who is looking for them, plenty of visuals of girls in skimpy bikinis playing volleyball can be found on the internet. The attraction of girls playing volleyball has always been a theme of popular manga and anime, dating back to the smallish shorts they would wear to the bikini/beach volleyball age. Pictures of publicized sports events as well as college level games are featured on many websites, and even in great detail. There are striking close-ups of players setting the ball, spiking the ball over the net, jumping, grimacing, and sweating. Men love these pictures and many galleries are devoted to girls playing volleyball on the beach or elsewhere.
Women’s Volleyball Uniform
Concerning women’s beach volleyball, there remains controversy over the sexual explicitness of the uniforms, resulting in size specifications of uniforms and heated arguments between countries (particularly the more conservative nations of Islam and South-East Asia) that beach volleyball does not deserve to be considered an Olympic event. Critics see the bikini- style uniforms as distasteful; whereas, women players argue that the uniforms are very suited to the sport and allow them the most freedom and flexibility from material that is advantageous in volleyball. Others propose that assimilating bikini-style uniforms into men’s beach volleyball attire would equalize the subject of sex and make the practicality of the uniforms more clear.
Famous Female Volleyball Players
Female beach and indoor volleyball players are credited with popularizing the sport internationally in part perhaps because of their scandalous outfits, and their names become much more known than male players. Ana Paula Connelly, Sandra Pires, Shelda Bede, Carolina Solberg Salgado, and Adriana Behar are among some of the widely recognized Brazilian players. As for Australia, Kerri Pottharst and Natalie Cook have achieved international fame. Some popular US players include Misty May, Gabrielle Reece, and Elaine Youngs. Gabrielle Reece is known for being sexy, appearing in and assuming the cover of magazine issues of Playboy, Shape, Elle, and Harper’s Bazaar. Generally, female volleyball players may not be extraordinary looking, but mostly are all very toned in the abs and buttocks, tan, and have longer legs, and along with the characteristic of any pro athlete, seem to have superhuman strength which is a turn on for those types of men that may be attracted to semi-masculine traits in females and enjoy that female athletes can serve as sex objects because their careers are focused around maintaining their physical condition.
